These terms and conditions (“Website Terms”) apply to your use of the PillDrop website and form a legal contract between you and PillDrop Software Limited (“PillDrop Pharmacy” and “PillDrop Pets”). By accessing the PillDrop website you agree to and accept these Website Terms to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.

We may change these Website Terms at any time. Each time you use the PillDrop website, you are agreeing to the Website Terms applicable at that time.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

PillDrop Pharmacy owns all intellectual property rights in the PillDrop Pets website.

All the content included on the PillDrop Pets website, including all the text, graphics, photographs, logos, icons, buttons and images ("Content") is owned by PillDrop Pharmacy or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

All Content on this web site may only be used by you for personal and non-commercial purposes. The reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication or display of any Content is strictly prohibited.

Trademarks

PillDrop®, PillSachet® and references to ‘digital pharmacy’ and other similar marks, graphics, logos, and trade names used on the PillDrop website (“PillDrop Trademarks”) are owned by PillDrop Pharmacy. Unauthorised use of the PillDrop Trademarks is prohibited. All other brands and names (including third-party product names) are the property of their respective owners.

Software

All software used in the PillDrop website is owned by PillDrop Pharmacy or third party suppliers. You must not reproduce, modify, create derivative works based upon, distribute, license, decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any such software.

Information Disclaimer

All information supplied on the PillDrop Pet website is only general health information. It is not intended for diagnosis and cannot provide a diagnosis for any particular individual and should not be used as a substitute for seeking professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or care. You should consult your veterinarian , pharmacist or other qualified health care professional with any questions you may have regarding your pet’s medical condition, existing or new medical treatment.

Disclaimers for use of website

PillDrop Pharmacy will use its best efforts to keep the PillDrop Pets website free from interruption, viruses and errors. However, we accept no responsibility for your inability to access the PillDrop Pets website or for any damage or loss caused to your computer hardware, software, internet connections or other peripherals as a result of the use of the PillDrop Pets website or the Content.

We will not be liable for any corruption, or loss of data or other content which you or anyone else may experience as a result of using the PillDrop Pets website.

You acknowledge that you will need Internet access and hardware to access the Internet to be able to use the PillDrop Pets website. We are not liable for any interruption to access to the PillDrop Pets website resulting from issues relating to your hardware, Internet access or Internet/telecommunications provider.

Whilst we have taken reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy of the information available on the PillDrop Pets website, we give no warranty, either express or implied, in relation to the information on the PillDrop Pets website or on any linked website, including as to its accuracy, reliability and suitability.

The PillDrop Pets website includes content provided by third parties. For such content, PillDrop Pharmacy is a distributor and not a publisher.

We exclude, to the maximum extent permitted by law, all liability in relation to any loss, damage or other costs arising from the use or reliance of any information on the PillDrop Pets website or on any linked website.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

Under no circumstances will PillDrop Pharmacy be liable for:

• any decision made or action or non-action taken by you in reliance upon the information provided on or through the PillDrop Pets website;
• any direct, indirect or consequential damage, loss, cost or expense (including, without limitation, damage to property, injury to persons, loss of profits, loss of data or revenue, loss of use, lost business or missed opportunities, wasted expenditure or savings) arising from or in relation to the use of the PillDrop website or the Content.

To the fullest extent legally permissible, the total liability of PillDrop Pharmacy and its directors, officers, employees and agents arising from or in relation to these Website Terms will be limited to the total amount paid by you for the goods and services giving rise to the claim for liability.

You agree to indemnify and hold PillDrop Pharmacy, and its directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from any loss, liability, cost or expense relating to your breach of these Website Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Website Terms is held to be illegal or unenforceable, then it shall be deleted or else limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder shall remain and have full force and effect.

Applicable Law

These Website Terms will be governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

PillDrop Terms and Conditions for sale of goods and services

PillDrop Pharmacy offers a Digital Pharmacy Experience through the PillDrop and PillDrop Pets website.

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) together with the Website Terms apply to your purchase of goods and services from the PillDrop Pets website and form a legal contract between you and PillDrop Software Limited (“PillDrop Pharmacy”). By ordering goods and services from the PillDrop Pets website you agree to and accept these Terms and the Website Terms, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.

We may change these Terms at any time. Each time you order goods and services from the PillDrop Pets website, you are agreeing to the Terms applicable at that time.

Registration as a User

You must keep your user name and password confidential and not allow any unauthorized use of the user name and password. We will not be liable for any unauthorized use of your user name and password.

PillDrop Pharmacy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are not complying with the Website Terms and Conditions and/or the terms and conditions in this section.

Adding other family members to your account

You may add your children under the age of 18 and your spouse or partner and your pet/s living under your care to your account to enable you to order goods or request prescriptions be filled on their behalf.

By adding your children under the age of 18 or your spouse or partner and your pet/s living under your care to your account you warrant and represent that you are authorized to order goods or request prescriptions be filled on their behalf and indemnify PillDrop Pharmacy and its officers, employees and agents against any loss, liability, cost or expense incurred if your warranty and representation is not correct.

You may also add other persons to your account if you have first arranged for them to either:

• Open an account and select the option to authorize you to act on their behalf; or
• Print, sign and return to us an Authority to Act form authorizing you to act on their behalf

Prescriptions

To have a prescription dispensed by PillDrop Pharmacy you must follow the procedure set out for sending your prescription to PillDrop. We can only send out the medications, once we have received the prescriptions.

Upon receipt of your pet’s prescription we will review the prescription and reserve the right to request further information or to decline to dispense the prescription at our sole discretion. Otherwise if the prescription is to be dispensed by us we will notify you of the medicines and cost applicable to the prescription. You can then choose to checkout and to proceed then you must make payment in full by credit card or bank transfer. Note that all transactions will be in $NZD.

PillDrop Pharmacy is not responsible for delays in your veterinarian providing a prescription.

Non-prescription Medicines

Orders and payments for non-prescription medicines are subject to acceptance by us. Upon acceptance we will send you an order confirmation email. Note that all transactions will be in $NZD.

Delivery

Delivery must be to a physical address. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to post office boxes or private bags.

Risk of loss or damage to any products will pass to you upon delivery to your nominated address.

No international delivery

PillDrop Pharmacy offers goods and services to New Zealand customers only. We do not ship anywhere outside of New Zealand. This include prescription and non-prescription medicines.

Late delivery

We endeavour to meet all selected delivery times and dates. However, PillDrop Pharmacy is not liable if orders are not able to be delivered on time for any reason.

If for any reason we do not have a product in stock you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise you of any delay in delivering the product.

If for any reason you do not receive your order within the targeted delivery time, please contact us as soon as possible and within 48 hours of the targeted delivery time.

Returns Policy

For non-prescription medicines: if you are unhappy with your purchase of non-prescription medicines you may return such items in their sealed and original unopened packaging to PillDrop Pharmacy at your cost within 14 days of receipt of your order to request a full refund. We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from PillDrop Pets.

For Prescription Medicines: all prescription medicines are dispensed with a valid prescription. Once this has been confirmed and you have paid for the prescription charges and delivery fees (if any) we will not be able to offer returns or refund any of the medicines selected to be dispensed unless they are faulty, damaged or not the items you ordered.

If goods (prescription or non-prescription) delivered to you are faulty, damaged or not the items you ordered then you must contact us as soon as possible and return the goods to PillDrop Pharmacy at your cost within 14 days. If it turns out the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect we will replace and redeliver the goods at no charge to you.

If you are entitled to a refund the refund will be made based on the method of payment you used. If you paid by credit card then the refunded amount will be credited back to the same credit card. If you paid by bank transfer then the refunded amount will be deposited back to the same bank account.

Nothing in this section or these Website Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

PillDrop Pets Price Match Guarantee

At PillDrop, we want to ensure you always get the best value for your pets' needs. Our Price Match Guarantee means that if you find an identical product at a lower price elsewhere, we’ll match that price. Here's how it works:

Terms and Conditions:

• Product Price and Delivery: We match the total cost of the product, including delivery charges.
• Exclusions: This guarantee does not apply to gifts with purchase, membership-based discounts, or special offers.
• Product Matching: The competitor’s product must exactly match ours—same brand, size, quantity, color, and must be new and authentic. The product must also be from the same manufacturer and shipped from the same country of origin.
• Publicly Advertised Price: The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised on their valid website. Screenshots will not be accepted.
• Competitor Location: The competitor must operate within New Zealand and use New Zealand currency.
• Total Cost: We match the competitor’s final price, including GST, taxes, fees, and delivery.
• Product Availability: The competitor’s product must be in stock at the time of comparison.
• One-Time Price Match: Approved price matches are a one-off and do not apply to future purchases.
• Discretion: PillDrop reserves the right to refuse a price match if it would result in a sale below cost price. This includes bulk-buying retailers or platforms like supermarkets, Facebook Marketplace, and others.
• Exclusions: Price matches do not apply to expired offers, auction listings, trade quotes, wholesale quantities, liquidation or clearance items, or any products from international retailers.
• Resellers and Retailers: Price matches are not available for resellers or retailers (including TradeMe and Facebook Marketplace).
• Quantity Limitations: PillDrop may limit the quantity of products available for price matching.
• Final Decision:  All price match offers are at the discretion of our customer care team, and we will confirm the decision via email.

How to Submit a Price Match Request:

Before submitting a request, please have the following details ready:

• Quantity needed
